My project shows my family story from royals in Israel to living in exile and to my family today in NZ. My project is called heirs of history because we are directly related to royalty from my mum’s side. My model shows the story of our family journey. My parents' roots are so different from each other but that's what makes my project so special with all the different cultures and histories of the families on one board. I have become closer to my family after learning about their story. This is what roots is all about, by keeping our history alive and not kept in the dark. Which is what I did . I went all the way back and found out so many new things I never knew about my family. I can't wait to tell the generations to come everything about our family roots all because of this project.
